Trauma-Informed Treatment

introduction
What is Trauma-Informed Treatment?
Trauma-informed treatment is a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy that acknowledges the widespread impact of trauma on mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It creates a safe and empowering space for individuals to explore their experiences without fear of judgment or re-traumatization. We, as trauma-informed therapists, are helping clients heal by addressing both the emotional and neurological effects of trauma.
